No. AI receptionist work is a separately scoped custom pilot. Booking and automation depend on compatible tools, access and agreed rules. Neither is included in either website package.
Both plans cover hosting, SSL, seven daily local backup snapshots, five-minute website checks, routine platform maintenance and contact-form support. Launch includes one minor update request per month; Local Growth includes two, up to 30 minutes each.
