Updated October 9, 2026. These terms explain use of the ZippyGlow preview website. They do not replace a negotiated service agreement or require payment merely because you browse, download a brief or view a concept.
Preview status
ZippyGlow is a working brand. The legal contracting entity and direct business contact are pending. There is no checkout, live booking confirmation or inquiry delivery on this preview. Descriptions and starting prices are invitations to discuss a project, not an accepted order.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with access controls, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or use the site to impersonate another business. Do not submit information you have no right to share.
Concepts and ownership
The sample businesses and layouts are illustrative concepts, not client endorsements or completed client work. Viewing a concept does not transfer intellectual property rights. Third-party materials retain their respective rights. Client deliverable ownership, reusable components and licensed assets are defined in a signed service agreement.
Pricing and results
Starting prices depend on scope. Custom integrations, domains, usage fees, ongoing SEO and other exclusions are quoted separately. Search positions, AI citations, customer inquiries and revenue are not guaranteed. A phone-agent pilot is not a production-ready promise.
Third-party services
Links and integrations can be subject to separate provider terms and charges. No endorsement or provider partnership should be inferred unless explicitly identified. This website does not promise uninterrupted hosting or third-party availability.
Rights and responsibility
We aim to provide accurate descriptions but errors may occur and will be corrected when identified. Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Payment, liability, dispute resolution and governing-law provisions for actual projects must be agreed in the service contract.
Changes and contact
Updates will carry a revised date. Material changes to paid services follow the agreement for that service. A direct business contact must be provided before this preview becomes a public sales site.
Website hosting fair usage
For normal website use, storage, traffic, large media, backups and departure responsibilities, read the Website Hosting Fair Usage Policy. Existing accepted agreements remain unchanged; this page does not introduce undisclosed quotas, a new notice period or automatic upgrade fees.
