Website inquiries and preview requests

Zippyglow receives the business name, email and other details you choose to enter in our inquiry form. A website address is optional. We save accepted requests in our private inquiry system; preview requests also enter our existing sales pipeline for business review and demo preparation. We use these details to review your request and follow up. A request does not authorize a purchase, recurring charge or automated prospect campaign.

Measurement and technical access

Our first-party measurement records preview-button clicks separately from accepted preview requests. Records contain the event type, time, an allowlisted landing-page path and, where available, a coarse acquisition label such as Google or Bing. Names, emails, phone numbers, website addresses, message contents and search queries are not sent to these analytics records. We do not use Search Console to identify an individual visitor’s query.

This preview-request measurement sets no advertising cookies, persistent visitor identifiers or third-party analytics scripts. The server uses short-lived hashed network keys for spam and rate protection. Hosting access logs may contain network addresses, requested URLs and browser information. Existing administrator authentication and optional assistant conversations are separate from anonymous measurement. The assistant may process the messages you choose to send through the configured AI provider; avoid sensitive information.

Your choices and contact

You can browse without sending a request. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. Contact hello@zippyglow.com about your request or personal information. Private inquiry records are available to authorized operators for handling the request and its follow-up; a fixed deletion schedule has not been verified. We do not add form contents to advertising or analytics services.
