Review the site
Review hosting/SSL failures, backup evidence and retention. Perform a documented restore check and review security, form capture and performance.

Request a minor edit
Launch allows one request per UTC calendar month; Local Growth allows two. Each request is capped at 30 minutes for existing text or image changes.

Record the work
The delivery owner reviews the request, checks the result and records evidence. Unused time does not roll over, and a request is not proof of completion.

What counts as a content update?
A minor change to existing text or an existing image that fits the request’s 30-minute cap. Ask for a separate quote when the work exceeds the allowance or creates new functionality.
Do unused update requests carry over?
No. The allowance resets each UTC calendar month and unused time does not roll over.
Does this cover WordPress plugin maintenance?
Do not assume so. The current automated path is static-site care; WordPress-specific updates and database recovery require a reviewed platform configuration.
