Website features, clearly explained
Monthly SEO Reports and Google Search Console
A useful monthly SEO report explains what was observed, what work was completed and what to do next. Search Console can show impressions, clicks, queries and average position for an authorized website property.
- Property / period
- [authorized property] / [dates]
- Coverage
- [country, device, query filters]
- Impressions / clicks
- [sourced values, or unavailable]
- Average position
- [aggregate; not exact local rank]
- Saved inquiries
- [source and attribution limits]
- Work / next steps
- [completed evidence] / [priorities]
The business reason
Why this matters.
Business owners need to distinguish being shown in search from receiving a visit or a real inquiry. Those measures come from different systems and should not be merged into an unsupported success claim.
How it works
From the feature to the work.
- 01
Visibility
Impressions record observed appearances; clicks record interactions from search. Queries help explain language, but some data is withheld or aggregated.
- 02
Inquiries and traffic
Use configured analytics for traffic and saved inquiry records for intake. A click is not a qualified inquiry, sale or proof of attribution.
- 03
Work and next steps
Summarize actual completed work and its evidence. Choose follow-up actions from available findings instead of filling missing metrics with zeroes.
ZippyGlow package scope
What we actually provide.
Local Growth includes a monthly keyword visibility/Search Console report when authorized data is available, a traffic/inquiry summary where tracking is configured, and a plain-language work/next-priority summary. Both plans include Search Console connection and sitemap submission when access is available. Broader analytics implementation needs a defined scope.
Compare Launch ($599 setup + $49/month) and Local Growth ($999 setup + $99/month).
Questions business owners ask
A few useful answers.
What do impressions and clicks mean?
An impression is an observed appearance under Search Console’s counting rules; a click is a search interaction. Neither is a sale. The report should name the property, dates and filters.
Can Search Console tell me my exact local rank?
No. Average position combines observations and varies by query, device and geography. It is not a fixed rank at a specific street location.
What happens if account access is missing?
The report records the missing source and blocks dependent measurements. We do not invent results or substitute sample numbers.
