Updated October 9, 2026. These are planning disclosures for the preview, not finalized purchase terms. No payment is collected here. A signed scope must identify the contracting party, deliverables, revisions, schedule, dependencies, fees and support responsibilities before work begins.
Website packages for new proposals
Launch: $599 one-time setup + $49/month. A professional online home for your business, with the essentials managed for you. 1 minor update request(s) each month, up to 30 minutes each.
Local Growth: $999 one-time setup + $99/month. Everything in Launch, plus a focused plan to strengthen your local search presence. 2 minor update request(s) each month, up to 30 minutes each.
Hosting, SSL, daily local backups, periodic monitoring and defined care are included in new package scopes. Use your existing domain. Domain registration and renewal are separate.
Search rankings vary and aren’t guaranteed. Your proposal confirms scope, service allowances, and billing terms. Existing customer agreements remain unchanged; upgrades require explicit agreement. View complete package features.
Additional costs
Custom features, ongoing SEO campaigns, advertising spend, third-party subscriptions, SMS, telephony, AI usage, payment processing and additional content may cost extra. Any applicable taxes and required charges must be identified before you accept an offer.
Recurring charges and cancellation
This preview has no subscription checkout or automatic billing. Before recurring billing begins, the agreement must state the billing interval, renewal rules, minimum term if any, cancellation method, effective date, notice period and handling of prepaid amounts. Authorization to recurring charges must be obtained; viewing this page provides none.
Refunds and project changes
No blanket no-refund policy has been adopted. Deposit treatment, milestone payments, refunds, client delays, change requests and cancellation before completion must be agreed before payment. Non-waivable legal rights continue to apply.
Ownership and departure
You retain ownership of your domain. The agreement must explain source-code and content ownership, licensed assets, reusable components, payment conditions for transfer, migration options, account access, data export and any migration costs. Hosting cancellation should not be confused with surrendering domain ownership.
Preview expiration
A prospect-specific design may have a disclosed review deadline. Removing that hosted concept does not delete or alter the prospect’s existing website, domain or accounts. Viewing it does not create a payment obligation. Extensions can be agreed before the deadline.
SEO and AI-search work
These services improve agreed content and technical foundations. No ranking, citation or revenue outcome is guaranteed. Reports and the metrics used to assess work must be specified in scope.
Phone agents and customer data
Phone agents are custom pilots with testing, escalation and fallback requirements. Any live deployment needs agreed data handling, retention, recording disclosures and applicable consent. Payment collection must use an approved payment-provider integration rather than general AI transcription of card details. Data-processing terms and provider responsibilities must be reviewed for each actual implementation.
Website hosting fair usage
For normal website use, storage, traffic, large media, backups and departure responsibilities, read the Website Hosting Fair Usage Policy. Existing accepted agreements remain unchanged; this page does not introduce undisclosed quotas, a new notice period or automatic upgrade fees.
